The Collectors by Richard A. Danzig wins Atlas of Stories Award; shortlisted for BREW Readers’ Choice Award

The Collectors by Richard A. Danzig has been named a recipient of the Atlas of Stories Award by OneTribune Media and has been shortlisted for both the monthly and annual BREW Readers’ Choice Award by The Chrysalis BREW Project.

About the Author

Richard A. Danzig is an attorney, artist, entrepreneur and author. He practiced law in New York for over forty years. He founded the American Paralegal Institute, We The People, and The Law Stores. He is a juried member of the Spanish Village Artist collective in San Diego and his artwork has been shown in galleries in the Northeast and California. His published novels include Facts Are Stubborn Things (2023), Punch Line (2024), and The Collectors (October 1, 2025).

About the Book 

The Collectors is a legal thriller featuring Chance Cormac, a lawyer who investigates a possibly forged painting. Parallel storylines include ex-Navy SEALs entangled in a murder in Costa Rica and a larger investigation into a network of human exploitation, corruption, and financial deception spanning New York and a tropical locale.
